Operated under a collaborative system led by a male and female chief dentist, Daegu Baro Dental Clinic provides patients with safe and optimal care, focusing on dental implants and prosthetic treatments.

Seok Ju-yeon, the director of the clinic, said, “Treatment begins the moment a patient feels comfortable enough to visit the clinic,” adding that she considers a friendly reception and thorough explanations to be of the utmost importance. In fact, many patients have reportedly expressed that they feel reassured thanks to the staff’s kindness and detailed explanations.

After learning about Minish, my approach to treatment has changed. Previously, I was hesitant to recommend cosmetic treatments such as veneers or teeth whitening because of concerns about tooth reduction, but Minish has changed my perspective because it can provide aesthetic satisfaction without causing unnecessary damage to the teeth.

The patient who stands out most in my memory is a woman in her 30s who hadn’t been able to smile broadly for over 10 years due to discoloration of her composite resin fillings. She had received composite restorations for cavities between her teeth while undergoing orthodontic treatment in middle school, but had given up on further treatment due to persistent discoloration. After her Minish treatment, hearing her say, “I’m smiling freely for the first time in 10 years,” gave me a great sense of fulfillment.

Director Seok said, "I always ask myself whether this treatment is in the patient's best interest," adding, "I want to remain a healthcare professional who makes the best choice for the patient at every moment."
