On the afternoon of Sept. 9, the lounge on the 14th floor of Minish Dental Hospital was bustling with 30 employees who had gathered to take a life photo with world-renowned soprano Cho Soo-mi.

A large banner on the wall read, “Minish Veneers, the world’s favorite soprano, Cho Sumi’s choice,” to set the mood.

The room erupted in applause and cheers as Jo Soo-mi appeared with CEO Jung-ho Kang. She greeted each person with a bright smile, made eye contact, and posed for photos with dynamic poses and expressions.

The event was organized to celebrate Sumi’s completion of her upper jaw treatment in August, followed by her lower jaw treatment, and her joining the Minish Veneers family.

Since her debut in 1986 at the age of 23, she has performed on major stages around the world, including the New York Metropolitan and the Vienna State Opera, and has been honored with the Korean Cultural Medal and the Order of the Italian Government.

Josumi reported high satisfaction with her Minish treatment. “Teeth are very important for a singer,” she said, “and she did a great job with Minish.” “I can see why Dr. Kang is so successful (with Minish),” she said, expressing deep empathy for Minish’s technology and philosophy. On several occasions, Dr. Kang was spotted arm-in-arm with Dr. Lee, demonstrating a sense of trust and intimacy.

Minish’s attentive and elegant welcome culture also shone through, with the head of the valet team, Hongryeol Um, greeting Soomi in a suit.

Employees were also impressed by the encounter. “It was such an honor to take a selfie with a world star. It’s the only time I’ve ever taken a selfie with an idol.”

“I was impressed with the way they greeted each employee and took photos in a friendly manner,” said Kang Chan-hee, deputy director of the video team. “It was a meaningful time that combined the warmth of Soprano Jo Sumi and the hospitality of Minish.”

“This is not just a customer visit, but a sign that Minish has been chosen as a ‘trusted companion’ for a world-class artist,” said Bae Young, head of marketing at Minish, who organized the event.
