Isalee Dental opened its second store, Sinnonhyeon Station. After the Seolleung Station store (No. 1) successfully verified its business model by achieving KRW 100 million in monthly sales within five months of opening, the store began a full-scale expansion. The third store near Sinsa Station is under construction, and the company is planning to open up to 10 stores simultaneously, centered on the transit station area. <\/p>\n\n

While maintaining the identity of the first store, Sinnon Hyunhyun Station has improved its space organization and systems by reflecting feedback from the actual operation process. To facilitate the convenience of one-person consultations, the chair lights in the examination room were removed and replaced with self-developed lights. Kiosks were converted to tablets and displays to make them more intuitive and accessible. The waiting area was also transformed. The existing waiting couch and promotional standbys were integrated to create a couch with a built-in tablet to better utilize waiting time and expose promotional content. <\/p>\n\n

Dr. Eunjin Kim, a 20-year veteran of the practice, is the owner of the second location. She joined Isaly Dental because she resonated with the way it operates and the Minish philosophy. “As the dental IQ of our patients increases, the growth potential of Isaly Dental is even greater,” says Dr. Kim, “and I want to make Isaly Dental my final journey as a dentist.” After receiving treatment from Dr. Minish, Dr. Kim says he feels confident enough to recommend the practice to his family and friends. <\/p>\n\n

Dr. Kim Sung-ho, who succeeded in the first store, is passing on his operational know-how to help the second store stabilize quickly based on his experience in running Seolleung Station. If the first store was a test bed to prove the potential of the Isalie Dental model, the second store is an expansion of the proven model. <\/p>\n\n

“It’s been three years since Mr. Kang envisioned the project and more than a year since I took over,” said Kim. “We started Seolleungjeom from nothing, and it’s a special feeling because it’s the beginning of our expansion.”<\/p>\n\n

Mr. Kim, who will be in charge of the network division, plans to focus on increasing the number of branches and creating a system that maintains consistent quality of care. “Training medical staff, setting up the initial hospital, and quality control are key to moving forward to No. 3, No. 4, and No. 10,” he said. “We will create a hospital that you can trust wherever you go.” <\/p>\n\n

Isaly Dental plays a key role in the Minish Ecosystem that Minish Technology is building.
