At the end of the ceremony, when I took a group photo with the American dentists, I realized that the five-month journey was finally over. <\/p>\n\n

From the first seminar in West Hollywood in May, to the K-Dental event in Buena Park, to the California Dental Association (CDA) trade show in Anaheim… these efforts have culminated in the historic first overseas mini-course in Brea, California, from October 24th to 26th. <\/p>\n\n

But the process wasn’t easy. With little awareness of Minish in the U.S., selling a $6,000 course felt like a “mission impossible. <\/p>\n\n

In addition to advertising online, we also made personalized phone calls to dental offices to introduce the event. We organized the contacts we received at the CDA trade show and contacted each one of them. <\/p>\n\n

It was a nervous wait to reach our goal of 22 participants. When I arrived at the airport two days before the event, I received the last registration call. Imagine my joy! We made it. A total of 22 participants! <\/p>\n\n

Securing a venue was also a challenge. We had to find a classroom and hands-on space for 22 participants, 17 physician instructors, and staff without a prior visit. Fortunately, we were able to use the training center with the full support of our partner, Vita North America. <\/p>\n\n

We created a checklist to make sure we had everything we needed to get to the U.S. Anything that couldn’t be carried on the plane was shipped ahead of time or purchased locally and brought to the event. Anything we didn’t have, we sourced locally. <\/p>\n\n

After the three-day training, the skeptical participants’ attitudes were completely transformed. The practical training by Minish doctors (one for every four trainees), the abundance of clinical cases, and the organized system helped to dispel their doubts. <\/p>\n\n

“The course was very organized and detailed,” “The veneer setting and live lab were the most informative,” and “The instructor-student ratio was perfect.” There were also a lot of questions for the owner, and the feedback that they learned a lot from the hands-on practice was also very encouraging. 1<\/p>\n\n

Four people have expressed interest in becoming providers, with the potential for up to 20. Some are already working on their first cases. It wasn’t perfect, but thanks to everyone’s dedication, the course was a success. A true triumph of teamwork! Now, on to the next course! <\/p>\n\n
