The merger of Minish Technology and Mochigua Group is not just a combination of companies, but an important step towards transforming the unnecessary cost structure of a platform company and taking the Minish ecosystem to the next level.<\/p>\n\n

The merger is not about increasing the number of hospitals in the network. It’s about getting more doctors and hospitals to treat Minish to fulfill the “keep my teeth for life” philosophy. <\/p>\n\n

That’s why we’re merging: to benefit more patients. The network expansion is just a means to make this philosophy a reality. <\/p>\n\n

But to achieve this goal, the industry landscape needs to change. Right now, the dental industry is characterized by low-cost competition and mutual name-calling. This cutthroat competition only makes both doctors and patients unhappy. <\/p>\n\n

In fact, until now, hospitals have been wasting too many resources on labor, rent, and especially marketing costs.<\/p>\n\n

I believe the answer can be found in the platform model of companies like Coupang and Delivery.com, which have eliminated unnecessary inefficiencies and created maximum output with minimal inputs. The merger of the two companies will have the same effect. <\/p>\n\n

Mochigua has over 30 years of experience and know-how in network operations. This, combined with our unique Minish technology and IT solutions, allows physicians to focus on high-value care with less time and be rewarded accordingly. <\/p>\n\n

Patients will also experience more reasonable costs and better service. Dr. Kim and I share this conviction, which is why we were able to make the decision to merge so quickly. <\/p>\n\n

Going forward, members of Mohs will be exposed to Minish technology through our education system. If university education is the process of creating dentists, then Minish training is the process of learning the advanced skills needed in the office. <\/p>\n\n

Gradually, we plan to expand the training to include not only doctors, but also staff and technicians so that all members of the Minish ecosystem can grow together.<\/p>\n\n

Currently, Minish treatment is expensive and only a small percentage of patients benefit from it. However, we are continuing our efforts to bring the price down through high-tech advancements and R&D. <\/p>\n\n

We will expand the Minish ecosystem and use economies of scale to make natural teeth affordable and lifelong.<\/p>\n\n

The Minish ecosystem is expanding both domestically and internationally. We are preparing for markets in Japan, the US, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and eventually China. We plan to work with local doctors to make the benefits of Minish universally available to the people of those countries. <\/p>\n\n

For 20 years, I’ve had the same beliefs of “don’t overdo it,” “don’t harm the teeth,” and “don’t make it hurt,” and Minish is the result of those beliefs evolving technologically. I’ll continue to strive to be the company and person that the dental community needs without losing focus. <\/p>\n\n

Today’s merger marks a new turning point that will pave the way for the benefit of doctors, patients, and society as a whole. Thank you. <\/p>\n\n
