Isalie Dentistry Sinsa Station Branch (No. 3) opened on November 16th. Together with Seolleung Station (No. 1) and Sinnonhyeon Station (No. 2), the clinic now has three bases in Gangnam’s core commercial district. The Sinsa Station branch is led by Dr. Lee Young-hwan and Dr. Yoo Ji-yeon, who have mastered the Minish Veneers system at Minish Dental Hospital.

The Shinsa Station branch will implement the Quality, Service, and Control (QSC) system based on the operational and medical know-how accumulated through the second branch. The intention is to provide the same level of brand service at all Isalie Dentistry branches.

The process at Isali Dental is the same, from consultation to treatment to payment. The space is made up of modularized treatment rooms, just like the other branches. Instead of eliminating non-core elements such as parking lots, desks, and phone reservations, they invested the money in improving the quality of care.

The Sinsa Station branch is located along the main street of the station area and is expected to attract customers through partnerships with companies in the nearby business district. In line with the characteristics of the area with a large foreign population, we are also focusing on specialized treatment for foreigners.

“It’s a tough location in the middle of Sinsa Station, but we’re confident because we’ve been preparing for a long time with Minish Veneers,” said Dr. Lee. “We want to grow into a local representative dental clinic by working hard to create a word of mouth that says, ‘The dental clinic above McDonald’s in Sinsa Station is good. “The waiting area is more spacious and comfortable compared to other locations because of the structure of the building,” Dr. Lee said.

Instead of eliminating non-core elements like parking lots, desks, and phone appointments, they invested the money in improving the quality of care.

“I want to utilize my overseas practice experience to instill the perception of ‘Korean dentistry is so good’ in foreign patients,” said Dr. Yoo, who has practiced in Melbourne and Sydney for 10 years. “In the long run, I will contribute to increasing the brand value of Isalee Dental.” “I feel a responsibility to make the third location shine as many people have worked hard to prepare it,” she said, adding, “I want to make it a space where each patient feels respected.”

“We will make sure that the third store will be a good reference for future owners to join the brand,” said Lee Dong-soo, head of the network business division. “From location development to post-opening management support, the brand will be a reliable friend to doctors.”
