The Minish Clinical Case Seminar and Company Presentation will take place on February 8 in Tokyo, Japan. The second seminar in a year is “out of this world” in terms of size and stature.
The most noticeable change is the partnership. Last year, Minish Sales Headquarters booked the venue and led the operation, but this time around, Funai Soken, one of Japan’s top four consulting firms, provided the seminar space at its Tokyo headquarters (Midtown Yaesu Building) for free.
Funai’s sales team is actively supporting Minish’s business in Japan. Funai also supports lecture placements in Japanese dental marketing trends.
The attendees have also changed. The center of the opening was dominated by medical practices with multiple dental offices.
Many dental clinics in Tokyo’s central business district are also participating. The number of applicants, currently around 250, is expected to exceed 300. This is because the high-end treatment, which has been proven in Korea, has been highlighted in the local dental industry over the past year.

The centerpiece of this seminar will be a presentation by a local doctor. Last year’s lecturers were all Korean doctors, but this time, only Dr. Kang Jung-ho will be speaking. Local providers Dr. Ahn Gil-woo and Dr. Samazaki Taito Ashikaga will present treatment cases from the podium.
Given the conservatism of the Japanese dental profession, having a Japanese doctor present a patient’s case is symbolic of the fact that minish is becoming more than just a fad.
This seminar will introduce the philosophy and development history of minish, the Japanese minish process and cases, the current state of Japanese dentistry and marketing direction, and the case of Japanese provider minish.
Leading the expansion into the Japanese market is the Sales Headquarters Japan team. All seven members, including one manager, are fluent in Korean and serve as a bridge between the factory and local dental clinics, providing consulting and training.
“As we prepare for the Tokyo seminar again after a year, we are realizing that Minish’s status has increased significantly,” said Myungjin Kim, Head of the Japan Team at Sales Headquarters. “The case presentations by local dentists will have a positive impact on future Minish course operations and provider agreements.”
