We wish you and your family a very happy new year, full of health and happiness.

Last year, thanks to your tireless dedication and hard work, we reached a major milestone: Isalie Dental took its first steps and established a new base in Sinnon County. We are operating the largest machine shop in Korea with Minish robots, and MMC is growing steadily. The number of Minish Academy graduates has exceeded 200, and annual sales are expected to exceed 10 billion won.

On the international stage, we are ready to take off as a leader in K-dental. The entry into the US and the expansion of MMC in Japan is a landmark event that recognizes Minish’s technology and scalability in developed markets.

We set seemingly impossible goals, took on challenges, and achieved them. We pioneered our business in unprecedented ways, surprised the dental industry, and earned the trust of our shareholders. All of this was accomplished as a team.

Dear employees.

The year 2025 will mark the beginning of the “New Normal Era of Minish,” which means that we have entered a completely new phase in our position and way of doing business like never before. With the increased capital, we will expand the Minish ecosystem and create various business opportunities.

We will continue to innovate in all areas, including equipment, materials, IT solutions and infrastructure systems, platform services, and oral products necessary for the lifelong use of natural teeth. The launch of Isalie Dentistry signals the spread of a treatment paradigm centered on the preservation of natural teeth and the importance of prevention and regular care.

This will propel Minish beyond the doctor’s office and hospital and into a brand that is loved by the masses.
