Minish Group 2026 New Year’s Resolution

Dear Minish family, we wish you good health and happiness in the Chinese New Year.


Last year, we laid the cornerstone of the Minish ecosystem by joining forces with Mo Dental Group, bringing the number of dental clinics that share and practice the “Keep My Teeth for Life” philosophy to 117. Isaly Dental clinics are now cruising through the core Gangnam shopping district.


International growth is exploding. In Japan, a local medical corporation has requested a separate seminar and wants to implement Minish in all of their dental offices. They don’t want just one or two, they want 10 or 20. Nearly 200 people have signed up for the Tokyo seminar scheduled for February. In the US, 10 practices have signed up since the local course was held in October.


Most importantly, this year marks the 200,000th Minish clinical case. The annual production of restorations is close to 40,000. Celebrities from all walks of life, including businessmen, medical professionals, and cultural and sports figures, have been treated with Minish and joined the “Minish Family.” Minish’s position as a high-end brand has been solidified.


I believe these achievements are the result of each and every one of you, each and every one of you playing a role, and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.


Our goal for 2026 is clear. It’s global expansion. We need to focus all our efforts on making Minish the global standard for recovery care around the world.

‘Write My Teeth for Life’ is no longer limited to the people of South Korea. As the technology has already been recognized in the Japanese and American markets, we will accelerate our global expansion.


At the same time, we are preparing for a new leap forward. We will combine our vast clinical data of 200,000 cases with AI to become a healthtech company. We plan to create qigong guides and preparation guides using AI, and explore the possibility of a mass production system based on physical AI.


We will also upgrade the IT solutions that connect the entire Minish ecosystem together. Club Minish, CRM, settlement system, and provider communication platform are more than just operational tools, they are the core infrastructure to grow the ecosystem. The data accumulated during the operation process will become an asset that will expand the ecosystem.


2026 will be the year we evolve from a minish to a data-driven AI company, and that’s why we’re on the radar of not only the dental industry but also the investment community.


To move this vision forward, I’d like to remind you of three working principles.

First, don’t make excuses. Markets don’t wait, so show execution to find a way out rather than blaming the environment.

Second, talk only with facts. Communication should be based on hard data and facts, not speculation or vague expectations. Only fact-driven communication makes decisions faster and more accurate.

Third, ask questions about what you don’t know. Hiding what you don’t know only creates barriers to personal and organizational growth. Horizontal, transparent communication that asks and addresses questions immediately should be the foundation of our organization.


Dear Minish Family! This year, we’re going to make it a year where we actually reward your dedication.
