Chiaki, who studied abroad in South Korea and works as a supplier of Korean ingredients to Japanese restaurants, has always had problems with her teeth. Three years ago, she had braces for uneven teeth, but she wasn’t satisfied with the results. Her teeth were also discolored.

Q. Why did you choose Minish Dental Hospital?

Q. Was there anything that impressed you during the procedure?
A. “I was impressed with the consultation system. Unlike in Japan, where you consult directly with the doctor, in Korea you first consult with the chief of medicine. The communication was smooth thanks to the staff who helped me translate, and the chief listened carefully to my concerns and discomfort and explained them in detail, so I was able to receive treatment with peace of mind.”
Q. I heard that your treatment was done in one day, can you describe what that day was like?
A. “First, I had a scan for my tooth restoration. While the restoration was being designed to fit my teeth, I had lunch and relaxed in the 14th floor lounge. Once the Minish restoration was finished, the doctor attached it to my tooth and checked that it fit well. I arrived at the hospital at 9 a.m. and by the time I left, it was 3 p.m. Everything went quickly because the building has a lab and all the equipment needed for the procedure.”
Q. Did I feel any discomfort or strangeness after the treatment?
A. “I’ve heard that some people experience discomfort after treatment, but I didn’t have to change my teeth much, so it was fine. They feel like my natural teeth and I don’t get food stuck between them. The best part is that I don’t have to cover my mouth anymore, so I can smile naturally and confidently without worrying about what others will think.”
