Minish treatments are now also available in the lifestyle center of Tokyo.
Dental Alien, which opened in Daikanyama, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, on Aug. 8, aims to be a premium dental clinic that emphasizes aesthetic treatments using minish.
According to a recent survey by the Japan Dental Association, young people in their teens to 30s are concerned about things like “tooth color” and “tooth arrangement”. However, at the same time, there is a strong perception that “I want to have a beautiful smile, but I’m afraid to go to the dentist.” Focusing on the needs of the younger generation, Dental Alien has designed the interior of the clinic as an outer space to break this stereotype. When you enter the clinic, you can feel the excitement of being in a theme park.
At the opening event, Dr. Jung Lee, director of Minish Dental Hospital in Korea, introduced the Minish treatment. The event was attended by local media, including the Nihon Keizai Shimbun, Beauty Matome, Dental Town Hannone, and Kawakore Media.
Daikanyama is an upscale neighborhood with a high concentration of fashionable select shops, premium cafes, and global beauty brands, similar to Cheongdam-dong in South Korea. In keeping with the neighborhood’s character, Dental Alien focused on aesthetic value based on safe tooth restoration.
This is due to the fact that Dental Alien is a medical brand under the Japanese publicly traded company Rice Curry. The dental clinic is about 50 square meters and has five treatment chairs. Despite being located in the basement, it features a bright, open design and luxurious interior, with curved structures, soft lighting, and metallic textures that create a futuristic atmosphere.
