The Minish Institute has surpassed 180,000 restorations. As of June 26, the number was 180,97. The time it took to reach 150,000 to 160,000 was 115 days, but the time from 160,000 to 170,000 was 108 days and from 170,000 to 180,000 was 85 days. As the pace of cumulative production growth accelerates, the 200,000 mark is within reach for the year.
The increase in production was driven by productivity gains made between March and April. The new researchers who joined the company at the beginning of the year have quickly adapted and become highly skilled, creating a clear turnaround in production speed. The factory has been systematically overhauling the entire production base, including improving production methods, expanding facilities, continuing training, and strengthening the workforce. “180,000 units is not an end, but a milestone on the next journey,” said Jung Jeong-mi, director of the factory, “and we are aiming to reach 200,000 units by the end of the year.”
