Minish Technology Raises $7 Billion in Funding

Minish Technology announced on the 18th that it has secured 7 billion won worth of investment from Ildong Pharmaceutical and others.

Founded in 2021, Minish Technology is a medtech company that researches and develops dental technologies and materials that preserve natural teeth. The company also launched Dr. Minish, a total oral care brand that supports self-care, and opened two additional offline healthcare lounges the following year.

In addition, the Minish Academy, which is operated by Minish Technology, is a project to educate domestic and foreign dentists and pore researchers on possible anti-aging solutions for doctors to provide Minish treatments that are closest to natural teeth, and has successfully completed the first term in April 2022 and the second term this July.

In order to perform Minish solutions, you must complete the academy, meet the appropriate standards, apply, and complete and pass the board review process. The process is designed to ensure the quality of the technology, and the practitioner is qualified to perform Minish procedures and operate a Minish Members Clinic (MMC). In the first half of this year, two more branches were added in Busan and Jeju, bringing the total to seven MMCs nationwide.

"We have been focusing on the development and quality improvement of Minish technology while running a dental clinic for the past 15 years," said Dr. Kang. "With this investment from Minish Technology, we will continue to research and upgrade the original technology while acquiring material and equipment companies."

"With the expansion of the MMC, we will continue to develop dental materials that can perfectly replace natural teeth while helping people around the world take care of their oral health, and expand our presence in the anti-aging and total healthcare markets beyond the oral cavity."
