I joined Minish for two reasons: first, Minish’s technology philosophy is a complete brand story in itself. It’s rare to find a brand where the product, technology, and customer experience are woven into a single narrative.

Second, the B2B2C platform structure with over 100 ecosystem hospitals. We knew that with the right brand strategy and commerce design, Minish could scale into an “oral healthcare platform”.

Good products and authentic processes are the starting point for a brand, not the finish line. Minish already has that starting point, and all that’s left is to communicate that value more clearly and farther to customers. I joined because I wanted to do it and believed I could do it well.

I’ve been designing brands, advertising, and commerce at the forefront of internet, telecommunications, and media for 25 years. As Head of Marketing at Daum (now Kakao) and then SKT, I led annual growth of over 200 billion won.

At LG Management Institute and LG U+, he was responsible for converting customer assets into ad-commerce business models as the head of the ad-commerce business unit. He has been at the forefront of AI-based advertising and commerce by investing in and advising over 20 ventures. He has published two books and has a new book, “All About AX Business,” coming out soon.

What I’ve learned at the top of each of these different industries is the same. That brands are built on structure, not words, that advertising is built on customers’ time, not messages, and that commerce is the sum of relationships, not transactions.

Moving forward, we will redefine the brand architecture and build an integrated marketing communications (IMC) system, and together with our employees, we will transform Minish from a ‘New/Niche’ brand to an innovative brand that redefines its own category.
