Minish Technology TC Team-Minish Dental Hospital Counseling Room Baekseok Cultural University Job Fair
Minish Dental Hospital held a job fair for prospective dental hygienists at Baekseok Culture University in Cheonan on the 10th of last month.
The briefing session was attended by Minish Technology TC Team Manager Park Yoo-ri, who is an adjunct professor at Baeksuk University’s Department of Dental Hygiene, Han Eun-jin, director of Minish Dental Hospital’s counseling office, Kim Kyu-rim, deputy director of Human Resources, and Ko Nahyun. They introduced the characteristics of each job, the hospital’s organizational culture, and welfare system.
Students who attended the workshop had a positive response. One student commented, “I had very little information about employment before graduation, and the detailed explanations will be very helpful when choosing a hospital.”
Another student commented, “It was great to hear the experiences of current employees and get a better understanding of the benefits and organizational structure. It made me more interested in applying for a job at MINISH.”
Minish Dental Hospital plans to use the visit as an opportunity to expand its ongoing cooperation by conducting internship and job placement programs.
