Merger with 30-year old Mochigua Group to internalize operational know-how and field experience
‘Economies of scale’ in full swing with 75 Minish providers plus 36 Mochigua

More than 80 dentists from 36 hospitals and clinics of the Moa Dental Group will join the Minish Ecosystem, which aims to keep natural teeth for life.
Healthtech company Minish Technology announced on the 26th that it has absorbed and merged with MD Innovation, which operates Moa Dental Group, the first generation network dental clinic in Korea.
MD Innovation was founded in 1996 and has been managing the Moa Dental Group, which includes 36 hospitals and clinics and more than 80 dentists nationwide, for 30 years. After the merger with Minish Technology, the Moa Dental brand will be retained.
The merger is expected to go beyond the mere incorporation of Minish Technology to internalize Mochigua Group’s long-standing operational know-how and field experience.
Moa Dental Clinics across the country will receive CRM, IT solutions, and marketing support from Minish Technology. Anti-aging and restorative treatments utilizing Minish’s tooth restoration solution are expected to become a new growth engine.
In addition, the number of dental practices in the Minish ecosystem has surpassed 100. There are 75 Minish providers, including 43 in Korea, 29 in Japan, 1 in the US, 1 in Canada, and 1 in Vietnam.
With the addition of 36 Mohs dental clinics, the Minish ecosystem has expanded to 111 clinics. By collaborating on IT and dental equipment, purchasing materials, and marketing, it is expected to provide higher quality care at a reasonable cost,
“With this merger, the ‘economies of scale’ of the Minish ecosystem will be fully realized,” said a representative from Minish Technology, “and the existing ‘Isalie Dentistry’ management consulting business will gain further momentum.”
