Creating content and running ads with ease
Cultivating a “one team” spirit to grow together
To boost brand growth and trust
We must start by having sincere conversations with one another

2nd Marketing Division Town Hall Meeting
“You can never achieve results by working alone or by having just one team perform well.”
At the Marketing Group’s second town hall meeting held on the 21st, Deputy CEO Kim Tae-hoon reiterated the importance of collaboration, stating, “Thinking together about how the work we do can benefit others and other teams ultimately leads to better results.” The “spirit of partnership”—where we support one another and grow together—is a value that Deputy CEO Kim has consistently emphasized since joining the company in April.
As this leadership style spreads and aligns with organizational changes and dashboard optimization, it is translating into results for the Marketing Division. Amid a steady increase in hospital revenue, the proportion of new patients acquired through advertising has risen to nearly 40%. The Minish brand’s YouTube channel has already reached its subscriber goal for the year, and the personal channels of the clinic directors are also experiencing rapid growth.
Deputy CEO Kim said, “While our content from the last town hall event only garnered a few hundred thousand views, we’re now producing content that’s getting between 1 million and 2 million views,” adding, “We’re actually seeing an increase in customers who say they came after watching this content.”
There was also a session to share progress updates by department. The PR team presented promotional plans befitting a tech company, including the IT solution “Minish Talk” and Minish treatment statistics. The Marketing Planning Team reported on their collaboration with an agency for the brand campaign.
Regarding brand strategy, Deputy CEO Kim said, “Branding isn’t something that’s completed all at once; it’s something that’s built up steadily over time,” adding, “We’re focusing on how to effectively convey the core values and trust associated with our brand.”
The Content Team explained its efforts to improve operational efficiency. They introduced the project to build a “Content Lake,” which will centralize the management of previously scattered content assets. Once completed, users will be able to instantly find relevant content simply by searching for a case or name by ledger.
The BX Team reported that collaborative content with well-known celebrities and influencers had successfully led to an increase in actual patient referrals, while the Influencer Team shared their efforts to identify new collaboration partners.
The Commerce Team reported on recent sales figures along with changes to the pouch design. The Corporate Partnerships Team shared an experience in which Minish’s values were naturally conveyed through the example of athlete Moon Dong-ju.
There were also awards presented. The company recognized the BX Team for achieving its YouTube subscriber goal ahead of schedule, as well as Director Choi Rak-seon, Manager Choi Hye-jin, and other employees marking their third year with the company. In closing, Deputy CEO Kim urged everyone, “If you have any questions or concerns, don’t just assume—please come and talk to me directly at any time.”
