VIG raises $30 billion in funding

You are presenting a company overview of MINISH Technology Inc. at a seminar with an audience.
17 Minish courses per year for Japanese doctors. There are 108 provider dental clinics in Japan, the United States, and elsewhere that offer Minish treatment.

A green light has been given to Minish’s future as it strives to become the world’s toothbrush for life. Minish Technology recently received an investment of 30 billion won from VIG Partners, a large Korean private equity firm with 4 trillion won in assets under management.

The round valued the company at $150 billion. The company has grown from 20 billion won when it was founded in 2021 to more than seven times that in just over five years.

The investment is notable because of VIG’s reputation. VIG is a top-tier Korean investment firm that has invested in some of the country’s most prominent companies, including Burger King Korea, Body Brand, and Freedrive.

Investing in VIG is more than just putting money in the bank. It’s about partnering with you to build your company’s value and drive even greater growth.

The investment is a clear recognition of Minish’s technology and growth potential by the capital markets. VIG, which has recently increased its investments in the healthcare and aesthetics sector, has selected Minish as a company that meets the future keywords of natural tooth preservation and anti-aging, which is expected to be a positive factor in attracting future investments.

Minish Technology’s business is different from the typical healthtech and medical company. It’s not just about devices, equipment, and IT solutions to help practitioners, but also about the essence of the practice: repairing damaged teeth.

By standardizing treatment techniques and processes on a digital basis, we have been able to provide the same level of care to patients anywhere in the world. Our know-how in the field of tooth restoration and our ability to expand our technology beyond anti-aging to reverse aging has been highly recognized by Korean, American, and Japanese doctors.

And the numbers speak for themselves. The number of provider dental clinics offering Minish treatment has grown to 108 worldwide, with more than 220,000 cumulative clinical cases, as the company expands its global footprint to Japan and the United States. Last year, revenue grew at a steep 44% year-over-year.

“This achievement is the result of all of our employees who have done their best in their respective positions,” said Kang Jung-ho, CEO of Minish Technology. “There is no need to be excited about this investment, but there is no reason to be modest and underestimate ourselves. Let’s move forward together toward the goal of ‘keeping my teeth for life’ for people around the world.”
