Dr. Junghi Hong, CEO of TheSquare Dental, a Minish provider, has been giving lectures to Minish Technology employees every Friday morning. The training started on January 9 and will continue through March with a total of 10 sessions.

While the program was initially designed to empower salespeople to communicate with providers, it has been so popular that other departments such as marketing and network business have joined the program.

The lectures are presented in a narrated manner, with some dental background and excerpts from mini-courses for dentists. The focus is on breaking down the jargon and concepts to make them easier to understand. In the future, we’ll cover the meaning and philosophy of Minish, understanding bonding, talking to patients, branding, and more.

“The training is to supplement my dental background and to improve my understanding of Minish,” says Dr. Hong. In addition to training staff, Dr. Hong will also be teaching on a trip to the U.S. in May, and has been an “express helper” for the sales department, presenting Minish cases and training doctors in Japan and the U.S. in the past year.

“We expect that this training will further strengthen our employees’ professionalism and communication skills,” said Mr. Changho Choi, Head of Sales, “and they will be able to better explain Minish to patients and customers.”
