Minish Veneers Gangnam branch pops up as a 'therapeutic restaurant'

Ianna's social media branding

"I'm going to see Dr. Anna next week for minish veneers." A week after commenting on the thread at
, the patient did indeed take her 11-year-old daughter's hand and visit the Gangnam branch of Minish veneers Dental.

"There are cases where just a few comments back and forth led to an actual appointment," she said, "and I realized that social media can be a tool to create real relationships, not just a way to promote.

Her personal Instagram account (@anna_dmd) has just over 4,300 followers, but the number of views far exceeds that. Her "Why I Skipped the Wedding" release has over 970,000 views, and her "Gangnam Dentist's Housewarming" and "Gangnam Dentist's Employee Welfare" content has over 700,000 views.

As of December last year, three out of 10 patients who visited the ledger came from social media, including Instagram and Threads. In particular, patients who came to the clinic from Instagram have a 100% acceptance rate for Minish.

Put me first, not the hospital
The area around Sinnonhyeon Station, where Minish Dental's Gangnam branch is located, is the center of the Gangnam shopping district, and competition is fierce with dozens of dental clinics. That's why Dr. Lee decided to start a social network. But his approach was different.

"From the beginning, I thought, 'Who cares if I talk about the hospital,' so I just decided to show my day-to-day life as a dentist, my personal experiences."

That's why we chose to run a personal Instagram rather than an official hospital account. Unlike a hospital account, which has many restrictions due to medical laws, a personal account allows me to be more free and honest. "I wanted to get to know Iana as a person before she was a dentist," she says.

"If you've seen me on Instagram, you already know a lot of my story, so it's easy to talk to me in the office, and when I recommend procedures like Shrink, not just Minish, they'll say, 'If you recommend it, I'll try it.'"

Show More Expertise, More Often
Lee sees social media as an essential way to communicate in the age of personal branding. In the future, she plans to naturally increase Minish's expertise in her daily content.

"Now that I've built up some trust, I'm going to try to put my own spin on things more often, like why Minish is a good choice and what cases it's right for, but still in a relaxed and authentic tone."
