Minish Technology Launches “Minish Talk,” an Integrated Platform for Clinical and Laboratory Management

2026.07.24

Dental technology company MINISH Technology announced on the 22nd that it has launched “MINISH TALK,” a digital platform that provides integrated management of the entire process of collaboration between clinical and laboratory teams.

Minish Talk is characterized by its ability to link and manage digitized dental treatment information and dental laboratory fabrication data in real time on a single platform.

Minish Talk operates based on digital “treatment cards” created for each patient. Data from every stage of the process—from case consultation to design, lab orders, fabrication, and delivery—is accumulated and recorded on a single card. It provides an environment that enables consistent workflow without information leaks or gaps in the workflow.

Convenience and quality control features have also been enhanced. Technicians can now easily check and process each work stage using QR codes on their smartphones. Additionally, the “Prep Check” feature, which allows for remote pre-inspection of scanned data, helps reduce manufacturing errors. By tracking work history, it is now possible to verify individual technicians’ workloads and defect rates through data, which is expected to simultaneously boost the workshop’s productivity and quality control standards.

The integrated dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of Smile Design’s status, including lab order history, production plans, and the status of manufacturing and shipping. It features various search filters to enhance ease of management and is equipped with an AI-powered automatic translation feature to facilitate seamless collaboration with overseas partners.

Minish Talk has currently been implemented at Minish Dental Hospital and the Minish Dental Laboratory. The company plans to expand its implementation to 115 Minish provider dental clinics worldwide in the future.

A representative from Minish Technology stated, “Minish Talk was developed to resolve rework, delivery delays, and inefficiencies caused by manual processes resulting from the information gap between clinical treatment and dental laboratory work,” adding, “Data-driven quality control will be the greatest competitive advantage of Minish collaboration.”
