Moa Dental will share its 20 years of dental operations know-how with Minish providers. From this year, the regular training program, which has been offered only to internal employees, will be extended to minish providers.
Moa Dental’s regular trainings focus on practical know-how that can be used immediately in the clinical setting. Training topics cover all aspects of dental operations, including desk operations, customer service (CS), insurance billing, and counseling.
The training will be led by expert instructors from Dental Wiki Company, a company specializing in dental education. They will share desk operations checks, patient communication strategies, ways to minimize insurance billing errors, and practice-specific consultation response know-how.
This year’s regular training will be held on February 7, April 18, June 20, and September 12 from 2:30 to 4:30 pm. The courses will be held online via Zoom so that participants can participate regardless of location. Applications will be accepted via Google Form three weeks prior to the start of each course, and registrants will receive a link to the course.
