Mika, now with improved stamina and carrying capacity, will be crisscrossing the city starting on the 26th. With this spec upgrade, Mika’s field of view, driving performance, and charging capabilities have all been enhanced.
Its detection range has quadrupled from 7 meters to 30 meters, and its detection angle has increased by 1.5 times, from 240 degrees to 360 degrees. With the addition of 3D environmental recognition, blind spots have been completely eliminated. As a result, Mika can detect obstacles from a greater distance and respond with greater precision, allowing it to transport fragile artifacts much more safely.
The fixed wheels were replaced with an individual steering system. This solves problems such as tire wear, wheel marks, and excessive battery consumption, and allows the vehicle to navigate narrow alleys and rough terrain without any issues. The battery capacity has increased from 1 kW to 1.8 kW, and as a result, the continuous operating time has jumped from 6 hours to 14 hours.
Since December 2025, Mika has been delivering dental restorations to providers such as the Minish Engineering Research Institute and Isalri Dental Clinic in Sinnonhyeon and Seolleung.
